We offer site specific snow and ice management solutions throughout the winter months to our existing landscape maintenance clients. Due to the high level of demand for this service, we have limited our portfolio to existing clients and suggest booking early as spaces fill up fast.

Whether you prefer to be setup with an on-call service contract or an automatic one, we will prepare a customized service schedule tailored specifically for your property. Our crews use plow trucks to clear your roadways and parking lots with sidewalk crews keeping your municipal walkways clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

We want our site cleared by a specified time; can you arrange this each time it snows?
We cannot guarantee arrival times due to the nature of changing weather conditions. Arrival times may fluctuate based on amount of snowfall, traffic congestion, road closures etc. Rest assured, we are doing our best to get you cleared as soon as possible!
What are you doing to avoid damage to our curbs, speed bumps and aggregate surfaces?
As homeowners, you know the boundaries of your property and must have all obstacles clearly marked prior to snowfall so as to be visible to crews while on site. Snowplows and equipment will cause damage to aggregate surfaces with minimal contact and we are not responsible for repairs to such items not clearly marked.
What about our rubber speed bumps?
Composite rubber speed bumps must be removed by the homeowners prior to winter snow clearing operations. We are not responsible for damage to these items as even if they are marked, will lift and become dislodged with the slightest contact.
What is the difference between on-call and automatic service?
With an automatic service contract, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We will monitor changing weather conditions and attend your property as needed on a priority basis. With an on-call service contract you will be responsible for dispatching a crew to your property. You must call us and request service, typically after a storm has already hit. With this service you are put into a que based on your call-in time and will be serviced only after the automatic priority clients have been completed.
If it keeps snowing, will you be coming back for multiple visits today?
We work around the clock 24/7 and will continue to service your property based on the terms of your service contract. In the event of continued snowfall, we typically will make our service rounds and start again once they have been completed.
